Here at Wine Stork we want you to be happy with your wine ordering experience. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can return your wine within 15 days of receiving it. All returns have a $15 shipping fee and 15% restock fee. All bottles must be returned to get a refund.
In the rare case that your order was damaged during shipping please email support@winestork.com within 48 hours of your receipt. We will need pictures and proof of damage so that we can resolve your claim. Damaged claims will not be accepted without proof. Once we receive proof we can reship your order. In some cases, the order may need to be returned in the original packaging. This excludes weather related claims.
